My vehicle Jeep Compass met with an accident as I hit the car on the lamp post while reversing the car on 25th Dec 2024 and damage occurred on the rear side of the vehicle. Immediately after the incident, I went to SRT Jeep service and met Mr. Sathish krishna who was in-charge of the body shop and he promptly provided a repair estimate and took full responsibility by coordinating with the insurance surveyor and keeping me updated throughout the process. Additionally, I had requested an early delivery of my vehicle due to my plans to visit my hometown for the Pongal holidays and as promised, he delivered the vehicle without any delay and in perfect condition.
